HALESOWEN TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB are looking for five stewards to join our merry band of volunteers who are critical to enabling the safe and effective operation of the football club.

These roles are required to assist us in discharging our responsibilities for both people and football stadium safety.  We are seeking to recruit a number of stewards that we will train and certify. This is particularly important in the current environment where we need to assist supporters in remembering to comply with Covid rules and guidance e.g. maintain two metre social distancing and no more than groups of six from the same support hub.

Volunteer stewards will receive all applicable training and become certified, alongside being first aid trained and certified, in addition to having free entry to each home match.

 

Successful volunteers will be expected to support both mid-week (usually Tuesday evening) and on Saturdays when the Yeltz are playing at home.  This is a great opportunity to try something new, to receive professional training and a qualification and to support your local community grass roots football club.

 

Applicants must be 18 years old or over, have excellent communication skills and the ability to think on their feet and to keep calm in all situations.
